Waiver & legal
Sign the waiver.
Last updated September 1, 2026
Every player signs a participation waiver once a year before they play. Sign it online with the form below or from the link in your booking email, it takes two minutes. This page also sums up what it says; the signed waiver is the document that applies.
Online waiver, 2026 season
One form per player. Two minutes.
Signing for a group? Send one form per player. A waiver stays valid for 12 months from the day it is signed.
Masks stay on
Full-face paintball masks stay on anywhere past the safety netting, during and between games. A referee watches every game and stops it the moment a mask comes off.
What the waiver covers
Paintball and laser tag mean running on uneven ground and being hit by paintballs, which sting and can bruise
You follow the six field rules, the safety briefing and every referee call
You tell staff about injuries, pregnancy or health conditions that affect play
You accept the normal risks of outdoor play, such as slips, bruises and insect bites
Minors
Players under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver with them. Players under 14 play with a parent or a party referee on the field, and the minimum age for each field is listed on its page.
Accessibility
The Grid, the pavilion and the viewing deck are step-free, and the woods fields have a gravel path to the first bunker line. Call us before booking and we will plan the visit with you.
