Terms of booking.

These terms apply to walk-on play, private sessions, parties and gift cards booked with Splitrail Paintball & Laser Tag in Raleigh, North Carolina. By booking, you agree to them on behalf of your whole group.
Bookings and prices
Walk-on play is $45 per player with rental gear, or $25 with your own gear
Private sessions start at $26 per player, with a minimum of 6 to 10 players by field
Prices are in US dollars
Payment is taken at check-in by card on the day
Arrival and late groups
Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, mask fitting and the safety briefing. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit in every game, but private sessions end on time so the next group isn’t delayed.
Rescheduling
You can move a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Changes inside 48 hours may be charged at 50% of the booking value, except for illness or lightning, which always move for free.
Parties
Party and group bookings are held with a 25% deposit. Head counts can change until 72 hours before the date. The deposit is applied to the final bill.
Prices
Gift cards never expire, can be used for walk-on play, paint and parties, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused balance stays on the card.
Conduct
Masks stay on past the safety netting, field paint only, no blind firing and no shooting players who have called themselves out. No alcohol before or during play. Referees may end a player’s day without refund for unsafe play.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
