This policy explains what Splitrail Paintball & Laser Tag collects when you visit our website, book a game, sign a waiver or play on our fields, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Booking details you send us: name, email, phone, group size, date, time and notes
Waiver details: player name, date of birth, emergency contact and a parent’s name for minors
Messages and gift card details you send us by form or email
Basic, anonymous website analytics such as pages viewed and device type
Waiver records
Signed waivers are kept for three years because our insurer requires it, then deleted. Only the check-in desk and the owners can open them.
Photos
Referees sometimes take action photos from the tower and email them to the person who booked. We only post photos on social media when everyone in them agrees, and never kids without a parent’s yes.

We never sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run bookings, waivers, email and payments, and only as much as they need.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for two years for tax and gift card purposes, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time, except signed waivers we must keep.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails. We reply within 30 days.
